Trainer Michael Scudamore has three horses running in the colours of owner Michael Dunphy at Wetherby this afternoon and the three have all been very well backed overnight and in the early betting exchanges this morning.
The Crazed Moon is 5/6 from 11/10 with bet 365 in the 2.35, Envoi De La Coeur is 7/2 from 14/1 and The Dawn Man – who we flagged up yesterday in our daily preview – is 5/2 from 14s in the 4.45 at William Hill.
Two of the three are having their second start for the yard while The Dawn Man is having his first start for the yard. All will be ridden by Brendan Powell as will Thor De Cerisy – 15/8 at bet365 – who represents the yard in the 3.10 but runs in different colours to the other three.
Traveller is a big drifter in the second race at Wolverhampton this evening where Tom Marquand could be the jockey to follow with Cheeky Rascal very well supported in the 5.15 against Traveller.
Shakeytry was put in a bit too big at 3/1 yesterday and is now trading at 2/1 with bet365 in the Beginners’ Chase at Leopardstown 3.25.
